A new cultural and social behavior in our country and everywhere in the world is to look at people always using their phones.

People use their phones whenever they want and wherever they are, but have you wondered if that is something bad? Maybe someone at home like your parents and other people have told you so, and still you continue having the same habit.

Let's take a look to the following video:


As you can see there are a lot of things happening when you use your phone.

    Nomophobia. I haven’t suffered it, maybe because a can use other devices like my computer. But I do feel anxious of being without internet.

    The blue light emitted from the screen, alters the sleep/wake cycle, which produces a higher probability to develop diabetes, cancer and obesity.

    3. The new term is Nomophobia (No Mobile Phobia). I don't think I have suffered it. Maybe the most similar thing is when I'm alone and waiting for something, so I get bored and I want to use the cell phone to "kill time".

Phones emit a blue light that alters the circadian rhythm decreasing the deep sleep hours and favors the development of diabetes, cancer, and obesity. Also, people who use phones to read have more difficulty to sleep and produce less melatonin, the hormone responsible for regulating the cycle sleep

    1. There are more people in the world who own a phone than people that have a functional toilet.
    2. Phones affect the time in deep sleep.
    3. Phones change the way our brain works.

    What new term is related to not having your phone? Have you suffered it?
    Nomofobia. I try not to be a victim of that, but is difficult, we are very used to this gadgets. In my case, sometimes I unlock my phone just because I needed to look at it, and if I’m not doing anything I need to have my phone near.

    What happens if you use your phone before going to bed?
    It affects our circadian rhythms, which decrease the time in deep sleep, making us more vulnerable to cancer, diabetes and obesity. It takes more time for a person to fall asleep and produce less melatonin, which regulates the sleep-wake cycles.

    1. The spine angle we have when using a cellphone and also the computer that affects our back and eyes.
    2. The reason why we can't let our phane once we play a game and the similarity with using drogs.
    3.Alpha waves that increase during a phone-call and that it can even change your brain functions.

    Nomofobia. I think I have suffered it but in specific situations such as when I am bored and alone and maybe my cellphone battery is low and I feel the anxiety of use it, but there are also days that I left the cellphone and I didn't notice that I don't have it.

    It can disturb normal conditions of our body such as the circadian rhythms and the quantity of melatonin, wich have an important role in our sleep, and exposes us to diseases such as cancer and diabetes.

    2. The use of applications in mobile devices generate dopamine in a similar way that’s drugs do.
    3. 93% of young people use their phones as a tool to avoid boredom.
    The new term is Nomophobia (No mobile phobia), and I’m not sure of this, maybe if I don’t have anything to do, I could feel really boring without my phone.
    The blue rays of the smartphone screen reduce the time spend in deep sleep, and this is related with the development of diabetes, cancer and obesity.

    1-When you look at your phone it is like if you had an eight-year-old child on your neck.
    2- The use of cellphones and computers has increased the amount of people that suffers of Myopia.
    3- Achieving goals in games gives your brain dopamine, which creates compulsion on your brain.

    The term is nomophobia, and I think I’ve suffered it in occasions when I spend too much time alone and I get really bored.

    What happens if you use your phone before going to bed?

    It will be harder for you to sleep and also it increases the rate of getting diseases like diabetes, cancer and obesity.

    - We spend around 4.7 hours in our mobile.
    - It is very common find people with sleep problems and myopia due to lots of spend hours on a cellphone.

    Nomophobia.
    I have nomophobia if I am bored and alone in my house, so I have a kind of anxiety to have my phone and do something with it.

    - Well if people use their mobile before go to bed, they’ll have a harder time falling asleep and my body produce less melatonin.

    nomophobia. Yes, I suffer it, because when my phone is downloaded and I am unable to load it and keep it on, it gives me anxiety for the time that I will not be communicating although maybe I will not communicate with someone really
